Mmmmmm.......Llapingachos! Our students enjoyed a trip to the market and a cooking class in Ecole Idiomas Spanish School in Quito, Ecuador. Besides learning Spanish, our students go out with their teachers to local markets to try fruits and other special treats. Once a week we offer an extra-curricular activity, which can be a city tour to the old town, a visit to the equator, or a cooking class. These student enjoyed the making and eating of the traditional dish Llapingachos.
Today our students are making shrimp ceviche, with a fruit salad as dessert. Hope it will be as delicious as last weeks class
