TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ecole Idiomas is a Spanish School and Volunteer Platform. In this document, all terms and
conditions regarding our clients are explained:

1. PROGRAMS
Volunteer: All programs that are described in the pricelist of Ecole Idiomas are subject to
change if the circumstances so require. In case of volunteer programs, we always try to put
the volunteer in the project of his/her choice, but due to circumstances this may not
always be possible
Spanish: If a student books group lessons, but at the time of classes there are no other
students at his/her level, the 20 hours per week booked will be changed to 15 hours of
private lessons. If the student books a different number of group lessons, this ratio will be
used to change to private lessons.
All programs start on Saturday with accommodation. If a student arrives on other dates,
extra nights will be charged to the Student

2. PRICES
Prices stated on the pricelist of the year will be respected year round, except in the
following circumstances:
- Galapagos: If prices of the airplane tickets to Galapagos rise. Price taken into account
for this pricelist is $585.40
- Pick-up: The new Airport of Quito is under construction and has taken a longer time
than planned. The new airport is located more than 40 minutes outside of Quito.
Although it does not look like the airport will be finished in 2012, if this would be the
case we would be forced to raise our airport pick-up rates in all programs.

3. CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
Once a booking has been confirmed, every major change in the reservation will have a cost
of $35.00

4. CANCELATIONS
If a reserved and confirmed program is cancelled, we take into account the following
cancelation policy:
- 0 – 15 days before the start date of the program: 100%
- 16 – 30 days before the start date of the program: 50%
- +31 days: $50.00

5. TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Our prices are charged in US Dollars and are to be received on our Ecuadorian bank account
which is stated on the invoice in its full amount.

6. AIRPORT PICKUP
Our students who choose a package which includes a airport pick-up, will be received at the
airport by our driver. Please note that one transfer per package is included. If Ecole
Idiomas is not notified at least four hours in advance in any change of the arrival schedule
we will invoice another pick-up to the client.
